Video production is a creative yet demanding job which can sometimes be managed by just one person, albeit with some challenges.
That person is responsible for a range of tasks including setup, camera, sound and lighting – all while keeping the client or guests comfortable.
Varied role
Additionally that same person is sometimes tasked with set dressing, conducting interviews, directing guests and in directing the production as a whole. Of course, the equipment also needs to be packed away at the end of a shoot.
Once the shoot is over and everything is packed away, post production begins. Video footage can take days to edit, color grade and upload.

The job is for anyone with a passion for photography or movie-making who lives in and around the Norfolk, Virginia Beach or Chesapeake areas and involves work relating to many of the tasks mentioned within this article.

Initially we have some flexible part-time work available to the right candidates. Experience is not essential as basic training will be provided.
Every project we work on is different, and each client presents a new artistic challenge. We love video production because no two days are ever the same.
