Payment

Each project may vary in cost depending on requirements, please contact us for an accurate quotation prior to ordering. Prices shown are “from” and are inclusive of tax. Camera crew hire is charged per person. Events and conferences are typically recorded in 1080p resolution. Commercials, movies and music videos are recorded in 1080p with the option of 4k and 6k resolution. Equipment hire is charged per day per item. Studio hire alone does not include equipment rental. Video marketing offers are only available to customers in three, six and twelve month contracts. Studio time for one day includes eight hours. Studio hire for one day plus accommodation is valid for a 24 hour period. Social media account creation and maintenance is the sole responsibility of the client. Commercials typically include music, acting talent, 30 second and 60 second edits. During busy periods deadlines may need to be extended. Payment must be received in full at least three working days before the start date of your project. Equipment must be returned in the condition it was rented out. Equipment will be inspected upon return. Equipment must be returned before 11am on the agreed-upon return date to avoid incurring additional charges. Batteries are included and supplied pre-charged for selected items. All payments are final and refunds will not be considered. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please send the full project brief prior to payment as money is kept on account and used to cover labor costs even if you have made a mistake or changed your mind about certain details during production. Post-production time varies, ask about a fixed cost rate for video editing. If you would like to retain our services on a monthly basis, talk to one of our team. Turnaround time varies per project. We will not be held responsible for delays caused by third-parties. Payment on account is deemed as acceptance of these terms of service.
